1. Does the park allow Birthday Cake to be brought in?
Answer: Yes, Hawaiian Waters does allow guests to bring in a birthday cake at no charge.

2. Do I need to purchase tickets for children 2 and under?
Answer: Children ages 2 and under are always free and do not need an admission ticket.

3. How far in advance do I need to buy celebration package tickets?
Answer: Celebration packages must be reserved and paid for at least 7 days in advance.

4. Can I pay a deposit for my package?
Answer: All celebration packages must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

5. Do the celebration package come with a cabana reservation?
Answer: No, celebration packages do not come with a private cabana reservation.

6. Do parents who are not swimming need an admission ticket?
Answer: Every guest who enters the park will need an admission ticket. Add on Tiki Tickets for extra parents or guests you are paying for or leave a guest list with us to ensure your guests receive a discount if they are paying for themselves at the park.

7. Can I bring in my own decorations?
Answer: You are welcome to bring in your own decorations. Piñatas and confetti are not permitted.

8. What if I need to cancel or move my celebration to another date?
Answer: Celebrations are non-refundable. We are happy to move your celebration to another available date, at least 7 days in advance, at no additional cost to you.

9. What pizza toppings will come on the pizza?
Answer: You can choose between cheese or pepperoni pizza. Our party coordinator will reach out to you prior to your event to go over your celebration package details.

10. Are my admission tickets valid all day or just during my party time?
Answer: Admission tickets included with any celebration package are valid for all day admission on the day or your celebration.

11. Where can I sit before and/or after my party?
Answer: You may use any area of the park open for general public before or after your designated party time.
