Hawaiian Waters The Colony Jr. Lifeguards are tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests during their visit to our park. This includes monitoring pool areas, enforcing rules, assisting guests in need and being responsive to situations that may arise. Must be able to communicate effectively with other Team Members and guests. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. No experience necessary. All applicants must complete our certification course, prior licenses are not valid. Subsequent training is provided.<
